New Business Development Rep

Department: INSIDE SALES

Our Sales teams work to provide superior advertising solutions and customer service to meet the needs and wants of our existing and prospective dealers around the country. As we expand, we need a team of driven professionals with a passion for our work and an infectious team spirit. That’s where you come in! As a Business Development Representative, you have the opportunity to be a partner with growing businesses and build your career and income.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make cold calls, tailored outreach and leverage other sales strategies to deliver best-in-class marketing and advertising solutions to dealers within your assigned territory
  • Effectively manage customers by detailing activity in Salesforce
  • Work with our internal teams to develop a deep understanding of each account within your assigned territory
  • Establish relationships and secure contracts with new customers to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
  • Hunting and initiating contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads

What We’re Looking For:

  • Willingness to learn our business and sales processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment

Bonus Points:

  • Proven track record in prospecting, cold calling and closing deals specifically in the B2B and B2C digital space
  • Previous experience in digital advertising and/or non-automotive industries
  • CRM experience, we use Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline
