What You’ll Do

The Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for highlighting the best features of our consumer products on our recreational brands and building complementary marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and adoption from our end users. This position is responsible for researching market trends and working with various departments to successfully launch new products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct product and industry research on existing and new consumer features in the recreational spaces.

  • Develop competitive analysis for each realms to identify gaps and opportunities for our RV and Powersports brands.

  • Build out consumer journeys and evaluate consumer feedback & User Testing assessments to aid in those processes.

  • Expand consumer persona development across all brands.

  • Identify key features in products that will appeal to customers and develop value proposition messaging

  • Work with the recreational marketing department to develop marketing campaigns for each product through paid and owned channels.

  • Assist Sr. Marketing Manager with product launches for internal and external audiences.

  • Study analytics relating to product campaigns and provide recommendations for future initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to articulate, both verbally and in writing, a compelling vision

  • Ability to multitask and project manage

  • Ability to collaborate with other teams

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

  • Experience with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)

  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
