What You’ll Do

  • Overall care and maintenance of clients, from inception to retention including, but not limited to:

    • New Account Set ups

    • Customer Training (onboarding and ongoing throughout customer life cycle)

    • Account Maintenance (ie, territory change requests, updates to reports, etc)

    • Assist in Cancellation Management and Retention efforts

    • Recommend and Show Value of Product Upgrades

  • Own customer resolution and ensure prompt response time

  • Provide recommendations/collaborate with internal stakeholders on product and process improvements

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, provide recommendations, and solve customer concerns related to and/or affecting their account

  • Assist with data vendor audits and communications

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

  • Ability to analyze and derive insights from data

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and work across teams and departments

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to internal and external customers

Bonus Points

  • Sales experience

  • Knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Suite, and CRM

  • Experience working with Data solutions and/or Digital Advertising solutions

  • Basic knowledge of RV, Powersports, Marine, Trailer, Manufactured Housing
