What You’ll Do

This is your opportunity to join our team in deepening the value for our B2B customers and oversee delivery of various products and projects throughout the product life cycle. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of specific online digital retailing products and/or product lines throughout the product life cycle to deliver value to vehicle shoppers, buyers, sellers, lenders and dealers within the Trader Interactive Marketplace while hitting corporate growth objectives. • Own the roadmap to set foundation for long-term scalability & growth while executing short-term business value to drive adoption and end-user value
• Analyze and extract insights from clients, data, and competitive landscape to product backlog and prioritization
• Understand core business problems, internal & external customer needs and translate those into actionable plans
• Continuously monitor key metrics and performance indicators to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of product enhancements
• Initiate, document, and gather requirements from stakeholders and other sources
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to drive adoption and usage
• Work closely with design, engineering, project management,QA, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary product contact for component and/or product at focus

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of end to end product management experience
• Experience in a software product development environment
• Experience and proficiency with business management tools Jira, G Suite, Lucid, Adobe Analytics and MS suite
• Ability to rapidly gain a deep understanding of the problem space and the various verticals to help craft product vision and priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood terms
• Strong planning skills and demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain close attention to detail, and drive work on multiple pieces of functionality in parallel that are at different stages in the product life cycle
• Ability to support Agile Scrum methodologies or waterfall methodologies

Bonus Points

• Bachelor's Degree in product management, business administration, engineering or a related field
• Experience building B2B products
• Appreciation for data and data-backed product development
• Knowledge of web analytics and engagement trend definition
• Understanding of product development processes and team dependencies
