What You’ll Do

As a key member of our People team, reporting directly to the VP of People, the Director of Total Rewards will develop scalable strategies to attract and retain top talent, with a focus on crafting detailed compensation structures and enhancing overall benefit offerings. We're seeking a highly analytical leader who excels in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, collaborating with leadership to ensure our Total Rewards Strategy aligns with company goals. This position requires the ability to think strategically while having the enthusiasm to "roll up your sleeves" and execute tactically.

  • Partnering with leaders to standardize and manage the company's compensation program, ensuring alignment with our philosophy and market benchmarks

  • Leading the compensation review process, including budgeting and analyzing external market data, in collaboration with the VP of People and other team leads

  • Oversee benefits and well-being programs, including annual renewals, to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and a best-in-class team member experience

  • Conducting research, analysis, and modeling to support the design of impactful compensation and benefits programs

  • Maintain relationships with vendors and advisors to manage compensation and benefits plan design and administration

  • Validating the effectiveness of compensation and benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness and business objectives are met

  • Managing compensation projects from design through delivery, including budgeting, financial modeling, and communication

  • Managing internal compensation and benefit system structures and workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 7-10 years of compensation and benefits experience

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to translate vision into action and an ability to handle multiple projects at once with competing priorities

  • Experience evaluating and implementing compensation, benefits, and equity solutions

  • Familiar with supporting distributed teams while working across different time zones and geographies

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking acumen with an ability to make timely, effective, ethics-based decisions

  • Exceptional influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification

  • Experience using compensation and benefits modules in ADP Workforce Now
