What You’ll Do

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will direct, guide and supervise the development and management of strategic alliances and partnerships to support long-term growth and deliver market impact for Trader Interactive’s portfolio of brands.

This position will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across strategy, product, engineering, marketing, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure close alignment that ultimately drives growth for the business. Additionally, the role will support original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), value-added resellers (VARS), retailers, dealers, and distributor partnerships as a liaison between sales and marketing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and validate joint solutions offerings, develop partner business plans, and drive go-to-market initiatives with partners.

  • Develop business models and financial arrangements that result in growth in value for partners and customers that are mutually beneficial.

  • Manage and track the performance of channel partnership programs, measuring growth, partner effectiveness, productivity, and return on investment.

  • Translate strategic growth objectives into tactical channel marketing plans.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and trends.

  • Oversee negotiations of partner agreements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of partnership management

  • Superior written & verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Experience managing complex projects by building strong working relationships with multiple partners across all departments and levels of the organization

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Working knowledge of Adobe or Google Analytics

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 5+ years strategic partnership management
