What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Revenue Operations Lead to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our sales revenue strategy and developing creative solutions to support our business goals.
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
Develop and implement the overarching revenue operations strategy to support business goals, driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, customer success) to develop and execute integrated strategies that enhance revenue performance.
Influence and contribute to company-wide initiatives and align product launches with revenue strategies.
Revenue Optimization & Insights
Oversee and refine revenue generation processes, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, partner development, and customer success operations.
Lead the development and execution of remuneration and incentive programs that motivate behavior as part of a High Performing Sales Culture.
Lead sales, churn, and pipeline forecasting and annual budget process to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Leverage data insights and field knowledge to drive revenue growth, improve sales processes, and enhance conversion rates.
Analyze competitive intelligence and first party data to recommend strategies to improve win rates and market performance.
Data Management & Analytics
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across revenue systems through governance policies and regular audits.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, rolling forecasts, and analytics to support decision-making.
Standardize, deduplicate, and enrich data within the GTM technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and visibility.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and executives, presenting complex data in an accessible format.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify and implement process improvements and optimize workflows within revenue operations, including lead generation, customer onboarding, and renewals.
Streamline the customer lifecycle and develop strategies for better GTM execution and revenue maintenance.
Systems Administration & Technology
Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing tools, sales automation, and customer lifecycle software.
Team Leadership & Enablement
Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Reporting & Communication
Compile and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards on revenue performance, trends, and KPIs.
Communicate effectively with executives and senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.
Develop executive-level presentation materials for C-suite and board members.
Project Management & Additional Responsibilities
Drive and manage ad hoc sales projects as needed.
Own GTM processes, including contract oversight and deal flow efficiency.
Drive lead routing, territory management, and commissions calculations.
Evaluate and implement tools and systems to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles
At least 3 years in a leadership position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
Demonstrated experience in business partnering and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
